The Signature Network connects multiple Signature systems, enabling companies to link e-Catalogs and PIMs to a centralized database. Using the Network, businesses can centralize data, share and manage product information across territories and streamline communications with subsidiaries, suppliers and distribution partners.

Developed to meet the requirements of large, distributed companies, the Signature Network synchronizes database modifications made in one location with all connected Signature systems. Supply-chain information management is simplified and improved when suppliers are included in the Network. Likewise, the effort required to obtain and update supplier information is significantly reduced by automating the process and sourcing the data through the Network.

Centralized Database & Control - Updates and modifications are instantly propagated throughout the Network to all relevant systems. For example, obsolete products deleted from the master database will be synchronized and removed from all relevant catalogs across the Network.
Localize the Catalog - Present country-specific or customer-specific catalogs by displaying only the applicable products with their relevant technical data, measurement system and languages. Run independent e-Commerce systems with local currency, customers and prices.
Link Distributors, Dealers and Suppliers - Empower dealers and distributors worldwide by allowing them to connect to the Network and quickly display and sell products.
Notification and Import - Signature Network’s advanced notification system automatically updates administrators about changes and modifications anywhere in the system. The import interface gives subsidiaries and dealers a user-friendly tool for choosing product groups and adding them to the catalog.

Increase Sales - Drive product exposure and sales by cross-promoting and cross-selling complementary products in Networked catalogs. Allow sales to be made in local currencies and languages. Displaying only relevant and local products increases user-ability and service level, and drives sales.
Optimize Efficiency - The linked Network reduces the time it takes to communicate updates and changes across countries and time zones, as well as the associated costs.
Control of Information - Each catalog can be maintained autonomously, with its own design and independent product inventory. Enhance catalog and offerings by including unique third-party products.
Guarantee Worldwide Consistency - The Network ensures that the technical data and products displayed are always up-to-date and synchronized across all catalogs in as many languages as needed.
